Shipping costs throughout Italy are €9.90 and are paid by the buyer, except for promotions that specify free shipping. Please note that the amount for free shipping is not counted when purchasing gift vouchers . The minimum amount for free shipping refers to physical items only.

Your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment and you will receive an email as soon as your order is processed.

Deliveries by courier are made in approximately 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Upon collection by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code with which you can check the status of the shipment directly on the website of the indicated courier.

The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the item and following a written request via email. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer .

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Used products will NOT be accepted.

Once the item has been received and its eligibility for return has been verified, the amount of the purchased product will be refunded via the original payment method, within 5-7 working days of receiving the goods.
