The payment method is chosen at checkout. The charge is made automatically upon confirmation of the order. Major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay. It is also possible to pay with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping costs

• Rimini and surroundings: local delivery (within 15 km from Rimini) is free and agreements will follow after purchase for delivery times and methods.
• Throughout Italy : shipping costs by courier throughout Italy amount to €9.90 and are paid by the buyer, except for promotions in which free shipping is specified. Please note that for the purchase of gift vouchers the amount for free shipping is not counted. The minimum amount for free shipping refers to physical items only.
• International Shipping : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by entering the destination address.

Timings
Your order will be prepared between 24 and 48 hours after receiving payment and you will receive an email as soon as your order is processed. Deliveries by courier in Italy are made in approximately 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). When the courier takes charge of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking code with which you can check the status of your shipment directly on the website of the courier indicated. In case of non-receipt, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the email entered during the order or write to us via email. During sales or holiday periods, delivery times may be longer.

The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the item and following a written request via email. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer . Any customized products or personalized items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Products without the original label or used will NOT be accepted.

Once the item has been received and its eligibility for return has been verified, the amount of the purchased product will be refunded via the original payment method, within 5-7 working days of receiving the goods.
