The payment method is chosen at checkout. The charge is made automatically upon confirmation of the order. Major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay. It is also possible to pay with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping costs

• Rimini and surroundings: Local delivery (within 15 km of Rimini) is free. Delivery times and methods will be agreed upon after purchase.
• Throughout Italy: Shipping costs with courier throughout Italy amount to €9.90 and are borne by the buyer, with the exception of promotions where free shipping is specified. Please note that for the purchase of gift vouchers, the amount is not counted for free shipping. The minimum amount for free shipping refers only to physical items.
• International shipments: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by entering the destination address.

Delivery times
Order preparation will take between 2 and 5 working days from receipt of payment, and you will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. Deliveries by courier in Italy are made in approximately 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Once the courier picks up the package, you will receive an email with the tracking code that you can use to check the shipping status directly on the indicated courier's website. If you do not receive it, we advise you to check the correctness of the email entered during the order or write to us by email. During sales or holiday periods, delivery times may be longer.

The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the item and following a written request via email. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer . Any customized products or personalized items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Products without the original label or used will NOT be accepted.

Once the item has been received and its eligibility for return has been verified, the amount of the purchased product will be refunded via the original payment method, within 5-7 working days of receiving the goods.
